Project approach

1. At the start of a project you discuss your roster with SUMit, including the business rules.

   Soon after the meeting you receive a quotation with

   • the scope of the project
   • a tailormade solution,
   • initial investment
   • and a monthly licence fee<.
2. SUMit develops the system with Rapid Application Development. You will see a a paper prototype for each module. You comment this prototype in a number of sessions.

   SUMit delivers the system, module by module. You see the system grow.

3. When the system has been fully implemented you will run the system as a shadow, beside your existing roster planning.

   As soon as you are satisfied with the system you transfer to the SUMit roster software.
